Dear Parents,

Thank you for the opportunity to care for your children at the 2025 Pastors’ Conference. We love ministering to your kids and always look forward to a special time together sharing God’s love, making friends and making memories. Please look over the information below as it will help ensure a pleasant experience for you and your kids. Childcare arrangements are as follows: 

Nursery & Preschool General Information

Infants – 4 Year Olds (All Pre-K/Nursery registrations should be received by February 3. Please note, the Preschool & Nursery have filled up BEFORE the deadline the last few years.)

‣ Children 4 years old and under will be cared for in the church’s Nursery and Preschool facilities. Preschoolers will enjoy crafts, indoor/outdoor games, and Bible lessons throughout the day.

Conference Check-in (Opens at 10 am)

When you arrive at CCMI on Monday, February 17, please check in the adults in your party outside the Main Entrance of the church and then enter the Main Foyer where kids are checked in at one of the KidCheck kiosks. Kids and youth 5 years old up to 12th graders should be taken to Teen Missions first, where check-in also opens at 10am.

‣ Lunch will be provided in the gym where preschoolers should sit with their parents to eat.


Day Camp General Information

5 Year Olds – 12th Graders

Children from 5 years old to 12th graders will spend their time at the Teen Missions facility located 2.5 miles north of the church at 885 East Hall Road, Merritt Island, FL, 32953. This will be a camp atmosphere with primarily outside activities, unless rain forces us inside. Directions and other important information are included on the 5 Yrs. & Up Day Camp Info & Release Form. (see the button below). This form, together with the Teen Missions Minor Release Form must be filled out and brought with you to the conference check-in. We no longer require these forms to be notarized.

Conference Check-in (Day Camp opens at 10am)

For parents with day campers (5yr. old-12th graders) — when you arrive in Merritt Island on Monday, February 17, please drive straight to Teen Missions to check in your day camper first. The staff at the Day Camp will be in place for check-in to open at 10am. Make sure you have your release forms filled out and with you. We no longer require these forms be notarized. (BTW - day camp kids eat lunch at Teen Missions on Monday). When you have finished at Teen Missions, please head to Calvary Chapel where you can check in the adults in your party outside the Main Entrance of the church and any Preschoolers in the Main Foyer. Check-in at the church also opens at 10am.
